Our client purchased 8 + acres in Williamson Valley and retained us as fee developers / brokers. We negotiated the acquisition, surveyed the land into 4 lots, studied the topography, installed four wells and built a rock wall entrance and a cul de sac.

All four lots sold in less than a year.
